At FiveCors Life - The Positivity Store (and more), many of our items are fulfilled through our Print-on-Demand (POD) partners. This means your item is custom-made just for you after you place your order.

3. Non-POD (Instock Inventory) Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.
Shipping Times (after production and/or processing):

We are not responsible for lost or stole packages after confirmed delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
4. Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
Because many of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
We Will Happily Replace an Item If:

There is a manufacturer's defect.

You received the wrong item.
To request as replacement:
Please contact us within 7 Days of delivery with:

Non-Returnable Items Include:

Custom or Personalized items (POD)

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
Return Fees:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not offer free returns at this time.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
Refunds are not granted for:
