This journey started during one of the darkest chapters of my life. I lost my husband, who was my best friend and my soul mate for thirty-four years. A year later, my mother. And over the next few years, grief seemed to arrive in waves...one heartbreak after another. I was lost, silent...and for a time, I turned inward.

But even in the quiet, I knew I wasn't meant to stay there.

​

Life, in its mysterious way, kept showing me moments of light: in a shared smile, in whispered strength, in lessons I never asked for...but learned from anyway. I became the guardian for my granddaughter when she was found safe after she went missing, and needed someone to believe in her. I stood strong by another granddaughter's side through six frightening weeks in the hospital. Through it all, the universe gave me wisdom...not just to survive, but to shine again.

carries a bit of my heart, and maybe a piece of yours too.

 

I create so that no one feels alone in their pain. I design so that

even a simple mug can whisper, "You've got this."

And I keep going because I believe joy is still possible...

even after everything.
